SO FAR, MOST OF THE POSITIONS ARE REPETITIVE. IF THEY SHOW A POSITION LAYING, A FEW POSITIONS LATER THAT SAME ONE WILL BE SHOWN SITTING, THEN LATER STANDING, SITTING, AND REVERSED. MOST OF THEM ARE LIKE THAT. I'M GOING THROUGH IT AGAIN. NOT MUCH IN THIS BOOK WAS NEW TO ME. RIGHT NOW, I WOULD SAY DON'T BUY THIS BOOK. SORRY
